Parx Materials N.V. releases agenda for Annual General Meeting

ROTTERDAM, 13 May 2024 – Parx Materials N.V. published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held at 9:00 (CET) on June 5, 2024 at Stationsplein 45 (4th floor, CIC Rotterdam) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The meeting documents are available on Parx Materials’ website (http://www.parxmaterials.com/annual-general-meeting) and consist of: 
 

1.     Convocation for the AGM, incl. instructions for attending the meeting and the agenda;

2.    The 2023 annual accounts.
