Parx Materials N.V. releases agenda for 2020 Annual General Meeting

ROTTERDAM, 18 May 2021, 18:00 CET – Parx Materials N.V. published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on June 3, 2021 at Goudsesingel 96, 3011 KD Rotterdam. The meeting documents are available on Parx Materials’ website (http://www.parxmaterials.com/annual-general-meeting) and consist of: 

1.     Convocation for the AGM, including instructions for attending the meeting and the agenda;

2.     The 2020 annual accounts.
